Today was a day of shopping. In the morning, our landlord took us to a supermarket by car.
In the afternoon, our Japanese friend took us to the Oriental Market (mainly Korean food)
whih comes once a month by car. When we see Asian students here, Koreans are the largest
in numbers. There were over 20 Korean students gathered at the carpark where the market
comes, and we waited the food delivery there with them.
What we got this time was
Tonkatsu (deep fried pork) sauce 1.8 liter ($10) and bread crumbs 1kg = 2 pounds ($6)!!
They are such large in size, so we think we may not have to buy then again
until we go back to Japan. Afterwards, we went to WalMart to buy a fold chair
for $9 since we only have 2 chairs at our apartment.
(Maybe we spent our living expenses for next month, too. Oh well,
they are all necessary, so it's ok.)
Today's dinner was Tonkatsu (deep fried pork). Toshi was so happy!
At night, our American friends brought us cookies. They live close to us, and
they are newly-weds, too. The cookies are star-shaped with green icing, and
they tasted very much like American sweets and delicious. (Wasn't too sweet)

本日は買い物Ｄａｙでした。
午前は大家さんがスーパーに車で連れて行ってくれて、
午後は日本人の友人が、月一度車で来てくれる
オリエンタルマーケット（韓国食材中心）に連れて行ってくれました。
アジアの留学生は、韓国人の方が圧倒的に多いです。
そしてとある駐車場に、２０人以上の韓国人留学生が集結し、
その中に私達も混じって、配達車を待ったわけです。
そして我が家がＧｅｔしたのは、
１．８ℓのトンカツソース（１０＄）と、１ｋｇのパン粉（６＄）です！
もう日本に帰るまで買わなくても大丈夫と思われる大容量。
その後、うちにはイスが２脚しかないので、
ＷＡＬＭＡＲＴでパイプ椅子を約９＄で買いました。
（来月分の生活費まで使ってしまったかも。まぁ必要なものだからヨシとします）
さっそく本日の夕飯は、トンカツにしました。敏君大満足！
また夜には、近くに住むアメリカ人新婚夫婦がクッキーを持って遊びにきてくれました。
星型で、緑色のアイシングが塗ってあり、
とってもアメリカンな味で美味しかったです。（そんなに甘くなかった）
ということで、本日の写真は料理特集と相成りました。
